Return and Exchange Policy

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.We make refund only to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

.Customized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged if no quality problems.
.Spare parts for our lab equipments can not be returned or exchanged if no quality problems,they are clearly marked on the pages.
.Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
.Some items we had announced on the pages are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
.Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
.Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Before we sending the products,our customer can simply click 'More Options' then choose 'I want to cancel this order' from www.medlab-supplies.com/shop/myorder.html then,we will make full refund in 1-2 working days.

All our paying flatform will charge some transfer fee,the following is the transfer fee:
Paypal will charge 0.03 USD just for transaction.
Such cost will be charged from our customer.
If we have just send the order,but we had not sent the tracking number to our customer,we may continue our order,so please cancel your order as soon as possible if you really do not need it.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1.Contact us by email:sales@medlab-supplies.com by telling us your contact email, order ID and product details.We will send the returning address in 48 hours.
2.Send us your returning tracking number and logistics company name.
We will make refund in 7 days after we have got the product.

If quality problems of our products,we will make full refund after checking in 3-5 working days,we are responsible for the loss.
If no quality problems,so sorry we will have to ask our customers to pay for the returning fee.

If I failed to receive the products,can I get the full refund?

Of course,if our customer failed to receive the products,we will make full refund.First,please contact us immediately by email we will check with the logistics company in 1-2 working days.All the refund will be made in the next 1-2 working days according to the original payment method. If the following situations occur,we will have to make partial refund or no refund. 1.If our customer had submitted the wrong address or contact number:please contact us immediately, and our staffs will try our best to stop the express.To prevent such thing happen,we will email our cusromers by email before dispatch. 2.If our logistics company had failed to contact our customer several times:first we will contact our customers again, if still failed to contact our customer,we will have to ask the logistics company to destroy the parcel.In this case,the logistics document will display as rejection.
